Atrima Sector - 2D shooter and building game in space

Top down shooter and builder based in space where you use a miniship and also build a space colony in a persistant world MMO.

The other component is a mmo builder where you also build and expand a space station which continues to operate even after you sign off - collecting resources and guarding the zone in which you have placed it. \r\n\r\nUnless feature creep or something else occurs, my rough estimate is that the game is about half way done at the moment. In no particular order, this is what remains to be completed: \r\n\r\n- database integration \r\n- a few more network coding things\r\n- Networking optimizations\r\n- Chat system\r\n- Various test runs of network multiplayer\r\n- Base building and resource micromanagement\r\n- UI, HUD\r\n- Inventory \r\n- Skill tree\r\n- Testing and advancing combat mechanics\r\n- More mob types\r\n- Integrating 2D deterministic physics engine\r\n- Misc game logic on server and client side\r\n- Effects\r\n- Various art assets\r\n\r\n\r\n**Interested?**\r\nShoot me a message on here or DM geo6#6132 if interested. The project is on a private github, and I use a SCRUM board so we can stay pretty organized.\r\n"
