Mentorship allows young professionals and seasoned vets to connect and form apprenticeships in their industry.

"Unemployment is on the rise for todays youth, even with them having more degrees than any other generation. Graduating with crippling debt for entry level jobs (if you're lucky) and minimum wage internships has become the new norm. \r\n\r\nSeriously why don't have apprenticeship programs instead of internships? Interns sit in a corner and do grunt work for next to nothing pay. Apprentices would work directly with senior-level employee and learn everything about the business. Sure, they\u2019d still do the grunt work, but they\u2019d see the industry from the top-down, not the bottom-up.\r\n\r\nMentorship would connect young professionals and seasoned veterans, allowing them to help the next guide the next generation."
